How to Submit Retail Store Pickup Statistics

Listed below are instructions for submitting statistics.

Reports must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the previous month.
  1. The client statistics application requires that you are logged in. We need to know who you are and what agency you are submitting statistics for.

    In most cases your username is your fist name seperated with a period and then your last name. For example "John.Doe". If you do not know your login information, click on "Forget your login?" to have it emailed to you. To stay logged in indefinately, select the "Remember Me" checkbox.

    If you do not have an account you will need to register for one.

  2. Once you are successfully logged in click on "Statistics" in the blue navigation area on the left and then click on "Enter the Statistics Application"

  3. You will then be asked to select which agency you would like to submit statistics or view reports for. If you only have one agency registered to your account you will automatically be advanced to the next step.

  4. Select the Month, Day, and Year of your pickup
  5. Select the store you picked up from
  6. Enter in pounds into each category that you received:
    • Each Store will require different categories to be entered
    • Cub Foods and Walmart require Bakery, Dairy, Deli, Dry Goods, Meat, and Produce
    • Sam's Club and Target require only Food and Nonfood
  7. Once pounds are entered you may enter any comments you wish in the comments box
  8. Click on the "Verify" button at the bottom of the form.
  9. On the Verify page, confirm your information is correct and click on the "Submit" button to submit your statistics.
