How to Submit Monthly Statistics

Listed below are instructions for submitting monthly statistics.

1. The Monthly Statistics application requires that you are logged in. We need to know who you are and what agency you are submitting statistics for.
   
   If you registered in the previous version of the monthly statistics your account should still be active.
   
   In most cases your username is your fist name seperated with a period and then your last name. For example "John.Doe". If you do not know your login information, click on "Forget your login?" to have it emailed to you. To stay logged in indefinately, select the "Remember Me" checkbox.
   
   If you do not have an account you will need to register for one.
   
   
2. Once you are successfully logged in click on "Monthly Statistics" in the gray navigation area on the left and then click on "Enter the Monthly Statistics Application"
   
   
3. You will then be asked to select which agency you would like to submit statistics or view reports for. If you only have one agency registered to your account you will automatically be advanced to the next step.
   
   
4. Next you will be asked whether you want to submit statistics or view reports. Based on your agency type you will be given specific on-screen instructions to help you finish.
