- Out-State Routes Indicate:
- Route Number
- Drop Site
- Distribution Center Pickup Indicate:
- Which Distribution Center
- Desired Pick Up Date/Time
- Metro Delivery Indicate:
- Item Number, Name of Product, Quantity
