- Print out a copy of the fax order form (26 KB).
- Fill out the necessary information on the form.
- Fax the order form to 651.484.1064.
Fax On Demand
Second Harvest Heartland currently has a fax on demand system that allows our agencies to receive faxes from Second Harvest Heartland as they demand them. Our fax machine has the current inventory list and agency alert stored on it so that you can retrieve it at any time.

FAQ's About Our Fax Machine
Q. I'm trying to send to send a fax but I hear this voice or something on the other line, what is that?
A. The voice is our fax on demand system. It's used for agencies to receive our inventory list and agency alert. Just ignore it and continue sending your fax by pressing the ENTER or START key on your fax machine (depends on what make/model fax machine you have). Most machines will send the document anyway. If you have further problems contact us.
