Fax On Demand Instructions

To receive the inventory list or agency alert through our fax on demand system, please do the following:

1. From your fax machine dial 651.484.1064
2. You will hear a greeting "Thank you for calling the Second Harvest Heartland Fax on Demand system."
3. To receive the inventory list press 01 followed by the # button or to receive the current agency alert press 02 followed by the # button.
4. Then press ##
5. Press the START or ENTER key to begin transmission

Some things to note...

• You must dial from the fax machine you intend to receive the documentation.
• When listening to the prompts, you must wait until the message has stopped entirely.
• It is possible that our line could be busy, if so please hang up and try again.
