AgencyExpress to Heartland Hub Conversion Timeline
We are transitioning to a new shopping and inventory management system called the Heartland Hub. We are very excited about this upgrade and want to share more details about the conversion timeline and activities that will affect your programs. Transitioning from AgencyExpress to the Heartland Hub includes implementing a new inventory management, shopping and accounting system. This will affect ordering, statistics reporting and deliveries. Please share this information as needed with your teams.

There will be no ordering, deliveries, or pick-ups March 30 - April 1. The following services will be affected:
Deliveries:
No deliveries
Wednesday, March 30 (5th Wed.)
Thursday, March 31st (5th Thurs.)
Friday, April 1 (1st Fri.)
We will not be providing alternative delivery dates
Deliveries for Monday, April 4 and Tuesday, April 5
Order deadline Friday, March 25 at 2:30pm.
Food Rescue direct drops
No change. Will be delivered as scheduled.
Shopping:
Last day shopping available in AgencyExpress, Friday March 25 at 2:30pm.
Shopping unavailable from March 26 - April 3.
Shopping will be available the Heartland Hub on Monday, April 4.
Read-only access to AgencyExpress will be available.
Service Statistics:
January and February service statistics will be reported on AgencyExpress.
Starting with March, all service statistics will be reported on Heartland Hub (March statistics are due April 10).
Read-only access to AgencyExpress will be available.
There is no change to Food Rescue retail donation statistics. They are reported on MealConnect.
Orders for delivery/pickup April 6 and afterward:
Orders and statistics reporting will be available in the Heartland Hub.
Order window starts 10 business days before delivery date and must be submitted by 2:30pm two business days before delivery date.
