Pictured above is the Student Events Team preparing for a semi-annual free farmers market sponsored by Mankato State University's Campus Cupboard, Campus Kitchen and the Community Engagement Office. This event, which took place in October, is one of two free farmers markets this collaborative hosts each year. It was well-received by students and about 450 people received food. Normally a free farmers market would be done as part of Homecoming activities, but adaptions were made to accommodate a drive through model due to the COVID pandemic.
